Basic Care Program
A straightforward option for customers who want core fertilization. Choose three fertilizer applications during the season.

- Application 2: Liquid fertilizer with weed control and grub management

- Application 5: Fall granular fertilizer to help the lawn go into dormancy with time-release nutrients
Best for: smaller lawns, lighter weed pressure, or customers who want a simple baseline.
Pro Four Program
A more complete program that builds turf strength and targets weeds through the main growing season.

Application timing
Applications are typically spaced 2 to 6 weeks apart, depending on weather conditions.
Pre-pay discount
A 10% pre-pay discount is available when Pro Four or Select Care is paid in full prior to the pre-pay deadline listed in your annual letter.
Basic Care does not receive a discount.
Optional add-ons
Lawn Aeration
Aeration removes small plugs of soil and thatch to reduce compaction and improve water and fertilizer uptake. It can help rooting, reduce runoff, and improve drought tolerance.
Deep Root Tree Feeding
Deep root feeding injects fertilizer into the root zone using quality, low-salt, slow-release fertilizer, designed to support healthier growth, color, and resilience.
Recommended timing is late fall or early spring.
Mosquito Spray
Mosquitoes commonly rest in shaded areas like grass, tree canopies, drains, and thick bushes. Peak breeding season is typically July through September, and rainfall can increase mosquito pressure.
Sprinkler seasonal service
Add seasonal sprinkler service to your plan, including spring start-up/activation and fall blowout/winterization (plus repairs as needed).
